Drumming, Dancing, and Storytelling with Richard Archuleta of Taos Pueblo!

The Dragons were pretty mesmerized by Richard Archuleta, former Taos Pueblo Warchief.  He sang and drummed for us, we all sang and danced, and he told us stories about his life in Taos Pueblo.  What fascinated the Dragons most of all: stories about the sacred clowns.  These clowns live in the mountains, are painted black and white, bless newborns, and come after children who are misbehaving.  Thank you so much for visiting with us, Richard!  And thank you to Megan Bowers Avina for inviting him to TISA.
