What a treat to have Margaret Garcia of Taos Real Foods visit our class. She gave a beautiful talk about foods of New Mexico: growing, harvesting, and eating! While she talked, the Dragons and company ate plates of delicious New Mexican food. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our potluck.
